- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing at times reflects the amount of travel time I must spend in order to get to the customer, if I have to make special trips to a store to get different product than what I have, and if there is an urgency in which they need me right away giving me less prep time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I want detail on what the customer prefers to be used inside of their home. Secondly, I want to know if speed is a factor. Third is there an order of operation they desire for the process to be completed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Customers are simply human beings just as pros are. One in the same. Each customer is different. never dealt with two completely different people and got the exact same result. I deal with each job individually as I do the customer.
