Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We study violent encounter, so you will be better prepared for the unexpected. We teach tactical preparedness, including boxing and kickboxing defensive skill fundamentals and movements (range control and balance). We also study weapons: Usage, retention, defense of edged and impact weapons, firearms, long gun, and pistol. You will achieve a high level of conditioning and fitness and learn breath control (composure). Everyone can have one free workout!
