- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to take on a full day event. Therefore my pricing seemed high because this is actually based on half day or full day. I don't take 1 or 2 hours job it is not enough time to fill in my weekend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to understand the client's plan, goal, expectations and agreed pricing. Discuss details of the event and come to an agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing with my first camera at 13 years old. I've had many cameras and updates since then. I have taken a few graphic designs, fashion designs, photoshop and corel draw courses. I have updated my photo editing software called Luminar Neo.
