Eduardo G. says, "We hired Richard from Renowned Plumbing to provide a 2nd opinion since another plumber stated that we needed to replace about 50 feet of sewer due to roots. After searching for more plumbers, We found Richard and he came out same day to inspect our main sewer by running a camera down the line free of cost. After running his camera, he found 4 areas with bad root intrusion. He provided us with several options on getting the roots removed and sewer flowing. We chose using the descaling method which cut out all the roots inside the sewer to allow flow. He also mentioned we could install a sewer liner to prevent digging up the drive way like the other plumber stated we needed to do. After further discussing with my wife, we went ahead and hired Richard to perform the work a few days later. From the beginning to contacting Richard, he was very professional, outgoing and very clean about his work site. We are extremely satisfied we found him on thumbtack.
