Maxwell works on a blended rate that includes the use of our controller, advisors, and support staff. The majority of our clients quickly transition to a flat monthly fee after quick implementation and catch up efforts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Maxwell Solution encompasses three phases: - Evaluation - Maxwell works with our clients to review the support requirements and determine the best process and best of breed tools that are required. - Implementation - Maxwell will implement and configure required solutions as well as correct and catch up any historical work, - Servicing - Maxwell quickly transitions into the monthly accounting close which involves management of accounts payable, invoicing, payroll, reconciliation and presentation of financial statements in a timely manner.
