FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing reflects both the time and energy that go into creating a meaningful, high-quality experience for every client and guest. I offer flexible packages designed to fit a wide range of events — from intimate gatherings and weddings to large corporate activations and winery collaborations. Event pricing is based on hourly rate and travel distance, with most local Bay Area events starting at $150–$175 per hour. For venues outside Marin or Sonoma County, I include a travel fee (typically $50–$100) to cover time and transportation. Larger or custom events that require extended setup, themed materials, or specialized readings are quoted individually to ensure every detail is aligned with your vision. I aim to make the booking process clear and stress-free — every quote includes the total cost upfront, with no hidden fees. My focus is on creating a smooth, professional experience from first contact through event day, so you can relax and know everything is taken care of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I approach every new client with care, clarity, and intention. Having spent many years in the customer service and education fields, I understand how important it is for each person to feel supported, informed, and valued from the very first interaction. When a client reaches out about an event, I take the time to learn their vision — the type of gathering, the atmosphere they want to create, and the experience they hope their guests will have. From intimate birthday parties and weddings to large corporate celebrations, I customize my readings and setup to align with their theme, schedule, and flow. My goal is to make the process seamless and collaborative, so clients feel confident and excited leading up to their event. Once details are confirmed, I provide clear communication about logistics — arrival times, setup, and space needs — so everything runs smoothly. On the day of the event, I bring a welcoming, grounded presence that helps guests feel at ease and engaged. Every reading and encounter is designed to leave people feeling uplifted, connected, and inspired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My path weaves together formal education, intuitive study, and real-world experience. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Sonoma State University, where I developed a deep understanding of human behavior, relationships, and collective systems — insights that now inform the heart of my work as a reader and teacher. I was introduced to astrology at fifteen by my mom, and that early spark inspired decades of study in astrology, tarot, and esoteric symbolism. Alongside my academic background, I’ve pursued ongoing training in intuitive development, energy work, and spiritual facilitation. Before dedicating myself fully to Asteria Awakenings, I worked in the education field, learning how to hold space for growth, communication, and transformation. Today, I integrate that foundation with spiritual wisdom — blending ancient tools like astrology and tarot with modern understanding of the human experience to guide others toward clarity, healing, and empowerment.
