- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All orders are custom.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For weddings: Go to the website contact page and fill out the wedding flowers query form. I usually respond within 24 hours on weekdays. If you've provided me with enough information, I send you a customized quote for your wedding flowers along with a contract. I always include all fees involved so that there aren't any unexpected expenses along the way. Often all communication can easily happen through email. If needed, we jump on a phone call to make any changes or specify items on the quote. If we're a good fit and you'd like to move forward with reserving your date, you pay a 25% non-refundable deposit and sign a contract. I cannot reserve your date without the deposit and signed contract. We put a "check in" date on the calendar to chat on the phone or connect over email to discuss your flowers about a month before your wedding. As you are doing your wedding planning and changes arise, write those things down so that you can bring them all to my attention on our "check in" date. If you have any questions that you need answered before our scheduled "check in," don't hesitate to reach out via email. You pay the remaining balance 30 days before your wedding day. I show up with your wedding flowers and you GET MARRIED! For Events: You email me about your floral needs along with any inspirational pictures you may have. I send you a quote along with a contract. If we're a good fit and you'd like to move forward with reserving your date, you pay a 25% non-refundable deposit and sign a contract. I cannot reserve your event date without the deposit and signed contract. You pay the remaining balance 30 days before your event. I show up with your event with your flowers.
