Introduction: I, Zara Mirza, am a widely traveled Indian lady, now married and settled in America, wishes to start a catering service of home-cooked Indian authentic cuisine to whoever is a foodie relishing Indian food.
I have created a bank of recipes for the menu that should be good enough for a few years. In the kitchen, I'm innovative, always discovering new recipes and insisting on at least 10 trials.
Full of life and always cheerful and smiling, I bring a feminine homely touch to whatever I do. I interact with customers, cook food, and manage my home and my family with always a smile.

I am a specialist in biryani, khichda/haleem, buttered chicken, kabobs. I make Chinese food, lasagna, etc. I also prepare different sweets. I'm a specialist in Gajar Ka Halwa and Malai Barfi.
