Vadim contacted me immediately. He gave me the quote in his opening message, was on time, and took pictures of the roof area to show where the open ares of the solar panel mounts could be the source of the leaks. After plugging the leak, hd went around to the other mounts and added some sealant as a precaution. He was fast and thorough.
