- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Evntwrks believes in transparency. Our pricing is structures around you and your budget. Our model does not believe in marking up because of we know its your wedding or corporate event. Our rental pricing is below average as well as all of our services. We package deals so that our customer feels well taken care of and lives with a sense of ease knowing that one company is taking care of all the logistics!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are hands on with all of our events. We like to approach each conversation as if it were the only event of the year. Jumping on a phone consultation or meeting is important to us in order to get the vibe of your event, brainstorm set up and colors, and get all the information possible. Once we have that downloaded, a one page proposal is quickly sent over (usually same day). You are welcome down to our production offices anytime for coffee, chat or brainstorming! Easy as that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Evntwrks partners and employees have experience in all aspects of the event industry. We created this "one stop shop" by employing and learning from florists, lighting directors, set designers, rental houses etc. We have taken the tools learned and brought under one roof to create savings for our customers.
