I recently bought a home in Oakland with really old electrical wiring. I contacted Fampeca Electric to provide me an estimate on re-wiring the entire house and Ruben Perez was able to respond immediately to my request. After a walk-thru he was able to tell me what needed to be replaced and what could actually just be repaired helping me save some money. He got the work done in a timely manner and at a very cost effective price. Thank you!

Extremely responsive - submitted request late Fri night and he arrived before noon on Saturday. Fixed the problem and some additional issues. Pricing was unclear - I asked for a quote, he said he would provide a free estimate. Then he did the work and told me the amount afterwards, but the amount seemed reasonable for the work.

I have worked with Ruben on a few projects and have found him to be on time , resourceful ,reasonable and very helpful in finding solutions to any problems encountered. He cleans up after working and is available if there are any questions.
