- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't base your retainer amount on what we think your case is going to cost like many attorneys. We use a unique evergreen approach that allows you to retain our services for 60% less than others. We're more than happy to explain how this works in detail and why it's beneficial, not to mention more affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Aside from listening initially to learn as much as possible about your situation, we screen the "opposing party" to make sure there is no conflict of interest. This process is completed quickly over the phone. Then we'll schedule an in-person consultation at one of our five offices. This consultation is free and has no time limit, within reason. While we can't provide free legal advice, we can help explain the process, provide resources and more. We can only provide legal services after being retained.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All attorneys are licensed by their respective state bar associations as well as other local organizations. We encourage you to search any of our attorney names/bar numbers if you're looking for more reassurance.
