We had a room redesign (painting, lights and some shelf installation) done by this group and we are so happy with the outcome. The team is professional, did great work and were easy to communicate with. We will book them again

Details: Simple repairs and upgrades • Living room • Dining room • Already have plans - just need installation

My project was rather small. Many of the contractors I spoke with tried to turn it into something bigger. Nathan from Guardian stayed focused on the problem that I asked him to address. His proposal was very detailed, so I knew what to expect as the work was being done. Communication was very good all along the way. The crew was polite and respectful of me and my property. The job was done quickly with no unnecessary delays.

Details: Sketches or a basic idea • Garage • Repair existing structure • Yes, load-bearing structures are involved • Less than 500 sq ft • Home

I’m so glad we chose to work with Guardian. Nathan was super responsive, thorough, and thoughtful, and he answered all my many questions. We did multiple projects with them in a short period of time to fix up our backyard and had a great experience. They’re open to feedback and communication which is great, and they really want to make sure you like the end result. We’ll definitely be working with them again for future projects.

Details: I'm just starting • Bedroom • Replace parts of existing structure • Repair existing structure • Less than 500 sq ft • Home

Great experience working with Frank, Nathan, Jonathan, and the Guardian team. They were all super responsive and communicative throughout the process.

Their team built our home office, painted four of our rooms, and did some electrical, including adding recessed lights. Throughout construction, their team requested check-in’s to make sure we were happy, and asked lots of questions and provided guidance + potential solutions when needed. They were also pretty clean.

I was originally concerned about how much dust and noise there would be because my husband and I planned on living and working from the house throughout construction. However, it ended up being very manageable for my husband and me. Their team came and left about the same time everyday, laid down plastic and paper to keep the floors clean, closed doors to limit noise, and vacuumed at the end of their day so there was a good routine for this ten day project. It was helpful to communicate how much communication we wanted and when we were busy. Really smooth.

Lastly, their team came around to do a final inspection. There were 2 super small dings on the wall and carpet. Their team jumped into action and are getting those cleaned and fixed. It was a good experience and we would recommend working with Guardian Construction again.

Details: I'm just starting • Bedroom • Bathroom • New custom construction • No load-bearing structures involved • Less than 500 sq ft • Home

Best company in have ever hired and there have been many. Only company who figured how to do this very complicated job and to do beyond my expectations. On time, communicative, helpful and thoughtful. I was IMPRESSED. Work like this is rare and I can't sing enough praises. These windows didn't exist before but are wonderful now. The gate had been impossible and now blends with the wall. So very, very happy!!!!
