Robin Flower Guitar, Fiddle, and Mandolin Lessons

Introduction: I am a long-time professional guitar, fiddle, and mandolin player and teacher in the Bay Area. I currently teach ages 7 to 86 years old, and I give my students a solid knowledge of chords, melodies, music/tablature reading, technique, various styles, as well as an understanding of how music works. With practice, the fun begins! The more you play, the more joyful your musical experience becomes. Playing an instrument can often lead to playing with others, which is a great way to create community. I also offer a band experience through my StringSwingSingBand. I am currently on the board of Berkeley's Freight and Salvage, one of the country's top music venues.
