I hired Ivan for a difficult wiring project in my home that involved attaching new sensors to casement windows and running relay wires through the crawlspace—work that most technicians shy away from. Ivan handled it exceptionally well. He’s clearly knowledgeable about smart homes, security systems, and electrical work, and his engineering background really shows in the quality of his problem-solving. He’s also very pleasant to work with: communicative, thoughtful, and conscientious about getting things right. During the project, an understandable error caused some minor damage. What impressed me most was how he owned it, arranged a professional repair within a few days, and made sure everything was restored perfectly. That level of integrity is rare. Ivan takes real pride in his work, and it shows. I’d absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him for any smart home or electrical project.

XK Estates Ivan is truly the best in the business. I’m so glad I found him. He installed a speaker system with 5 speakers on the outdoor patio of my restaurant. His work is beautifully done. Very clean and efficient. His knowledge is superior to most and he explained everything to me before , during , and after the job was done. I would recommend Ivan to anyone. He is excellent in his work. I did have camera's installed and initially I bought the camera which was not good and he recommended to ge the correct ones. He ordered it for me and installed everything in a day. He works so well and cleaned up everything and everything is going well.

Ivan is excellent. He's super responsive, knowledgeable and respectful. When he was at my home, he took the time to explain what he was doing and always asked before he drilled any holes or moved anything. Ivan set up a smart home doorbell and floodlight camera for me. He came well-prepared and even sold me the equipment I didn't have so that we could complete the job faster. His background as an electrician certainly showed, as he was inventive with the existing old wiring and made sure his new cords were weatherproofed and neat.
