Fattah was the best of them all. We’ve had several technicians at our home for the same issue. Fattah was the only one that took his time to thoroughly check everything, cleaned a lot of found holes and fix them all. He is a great asset to Attic pro. Rodolfo and crew were exceptional. On time, took great care to protect my home from dust and debris and did an outstanding job removing my old insulation, cleaning, sealing and installing new insulation.I was kept up to date as the project went through the day with before, during and after photos.I couldn't be happier.

Fatah did a thoughtful final inspection of the our attic after the work was completed. He pointed out items that didn’t satisfy the company’s standards and readily set up a follow up appointment to get it addressed. I appreciate the professionalism and his detailed explanation of items that they will address. Looking forward to get this completed and I have to say that our house temperature is much more manageable in this warm summer.

We had a follow up visit since we recently heard noises in our attic. During the follow up visit, Fatah from Attic Pros did a very thorough inspection. He was not rushed and really took the time to inspect everything including checking traps, setting new ones, and looking for any additional openings. Every home is different, so pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the work. Most projects range from $1,500 to $40,000 — smaller jobs like rodent proofing or spot cleanup are at the lower end, while full attic or crawl space restorations (insulation removal, sanitizing, rodent proofing, and new insulation) are at the higher end.
We offer FREE in-home inspections and estimates. You'll get a clear, written quote before any work begins — no hidden fees, no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact us and we'll schedule a FREE in-home inspection at a time that works for you.
2. Our specialist inspects your attic and/or crawl space and shows you photos of what we find.
3. You receive a clear, written estimate with recommended options — no pressure.
4. Our trained crew completes the work, keeping your home clean and protected.
5. We do a final walkthrough with you, plus follow-up visits when needed (for example, rodent trap checks). Our work is backed by our warranty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attic Pros has been in business since 2009 and is a fully licensed California contractor (CSLB #1022608) holding B (General Building), C2 (Insulation), C20 (HVAC), and C36 (Plumbing) licenses. We are also a licensed pest control company.
Our technicians are trained in-house on insulation removal and installation, rodent removal and exclusion, sanitizing, crawl space work, and job-site safety. We are fully insured with general liability and workers' compensation.
