FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Take advantage of a complimentary 30-minute initial consultation, at no cost to you. Each project may have a unique pricing structure, such as hourly, fixed, or phased rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical interior design process may involve the following steps: 1. Introductory Call: An introductory call is typically the first step in the interior design process. During this call, you will discuss your design preferences, style, and budget with the designer. 2. Design Process: The designer will then begin the design process, taking into account your specific needs and requirements. This may involve site visits, space planning, and other preliminary design work. 3. Mood Board/Concept Design Presentation: After the preliminary design work is complete, the designer will present a mood board or concept design, which provides an overview of the proposed design direction. 4. Design Edits: During this stage, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and make any necessary revisions to the design. The designer will work with you to ensure that the final design meets your specific needs and preferences. 5. Final Design: Once all revisions have been made, the designer will present the final design, which will include detailed drawings, specifications, and a comprehensive project plan.
