U.S. Shaolin Kung Fu

Introduction: We are a training facility dedicated to extend the teachings of the ancient Shaolin martial arts. Shaolin Kung Fu was originated by the Shaolin monks of China and is renowned for its defensive mechanisms and intricate animal forms. The art has created elaborate emphasis on flexibility, strength, agility, speed, coordination, and grace. Shaolin Kung Fu is an exemplification of character, discipline, and total well-being.
