Kevin was awesome to work with! Such a friendly and kind guy, knowledgeable and professional. He ran into some extra unexpected issues with our lock issue but did not charge extra for the extra work and time it took to complete the job! We were a bit delayed on the scheduling front but what I realized is that it is not super easy for Kevin to know the length of time his previous job will take especially if he runs into extra issues with it. He works really hard, and covers a lot of ground in terms of the areas he services. So the initial scheduling piece may take a bit of time but for us it was so worth the wait in terms of pricing and quality of work, and we’d love to work with him again if we have other locksmith needs again!

Kevin was great!!! He did the job quickly, gave me tips on how I could prevent lock problems on the future, and was so friendly. He also priced the job very well compared to other competitors. KD is the dude that knows his locks. Fixed two deadbolts for me and tested and lubricated all locks in the house. Easy to work with and a nice guy. Will use again!
