I can’t speak highly enough of KD Locksmith! I reached out with a handful of issues (two lock repairs and two smart lock installs). I received a message back and an initial quote very quickly, and was able to schedule the service exactly when I wanted it done. Kevin also helped me choose the right hardware for my needs and provided information on the exact products to purchase. He was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. On the day of the work, Kevin was extremely professional and friendly, and got the work done fast but without cutting any corners. Kevin also walked through all of the issues with me before and after to ensure I was completely satisfied before he left. Last but not least, he left the work areas super clean which I appreciated. You can really that tell he cares about the quality of his work and satisfying his customers. I will definitely use KD Locksmith if needed in the future and highly recommend them if you need a locksmith!

Kevin got the job done. The first time around he got here late but he called my tenant to give him a heads-up he was running late. He got here and quickly rekeyed our deadbolt lock. He provided 6 copies, but one copy didn't work, so he arranged for returning 2 days later and fixed the last copy as well. For the inconvenience he also issued me a bit of a credit, which I very much appreciated. Fantastic customer service and he ensured I'm happy.
