Tres Legal Services helped us file the paperwork to obtain conservatorship of my son. Tracy was decently priced and did good work. She also e-filed some additional paperwork for me, which was helpful. My one main complaint about her services is that she filed our initial petition about a month after when she said she would (only after I emailed to follow up), and that held up our process significantly. We were already running behind my son’s 18th birthday, so that could have presented a huge problem, but thank God it didn’t. I don’t like to leave any negative feedback, but that was my experience. Apart from that, we received decently good service.

Navigating the Solano family court system on my own felt impossible. The process was disorganized, communication was difficult, and every step forward seemed to come with another roadblock. After moving out of state, it became even harder to get reliable information or ensure my marriage dissolution paperwork made it through without yet another issue. That’s when Tracy Reed Williams stepped in, and truly made all the difference. She showed up in person, caught every nit-picked detail the court kicked back, corrected it to their satisfaction, and resubmitted everything as quickly as possible. Her persistence, attention to detail, and willingness to repeatedly show up on my behalf were exactly what I needed. Thanks to her, I finally received my judgment. Honestly, it never would have happened without her guidance and dedication.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Wedding officiant pricing includes travel to your location, help with writing vows, and writing your custom wedding script. Notary needs are mobile and I will come to you. Legal document preparation is based on the work needed and will be discussed further.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our intake process includes scheduling a call with the paralegal to discuss your needs, you'll receive a quote at this time as well. Once a verbal agreement has been made you will receive a contract and invoice. Once both are completed, we will begin on your paperwork and will maintain communication throughout to keep you up to date on information regarding your paperwork.
