I was going through a stressful situation with my ex-husband where he was threatening me and coming to my house and putting tracking devices in my car. I hired Legalfina and they prepared a Domestic Violence Restraining Order within an hour for me, and I filed it with the Court and it was accepted without any issues. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in honest, flat fee pricing, so the customer knows exactly what they will get for the price they are paying. I am willing to arrange payment plans for people to afford everything without falling into financial hardship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Legal Document Assistant License. I have worked as a paralegal for 3 high powered family law attorneys in the State of California. I am fully prepared and qualified to fill out any family law court document with accuracy. I cannot give legal advice. However, I can connect you with an attorney if you do need legal advice.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My wife was in an ugly custody battle with her ex that lasted 3.5 years through the beginning of our marriage. I started doing major research, writing and editing most of her motions to save on legal fees.
