I'm Marvin, a Bay Area photographer with a hybrid approach to the craft. I shoot both digital and film, and I bring the same level of care and intention to every session whether it's a quick headshot or a full group event. I've worked with individuals, couples, greek organizations, and organizations across the East Bay and San Francisco, and I specialize in making people feel comfortable in front of the camera so the photos actually look like them. What sets me apart is that I talk to my subjects. I direct, I pose, I keep the energy light, and I don't hand you a gallery of stiff, forgettable images. Every session includes professional editing with consistent color and skin tones, delivered through a private online gallery, typically within 7 to 10 days. I shoot portraits, headshots, graduation photos, couples sessions, and group events. Film options are available for those who want something with a little more character.
