She was 150% there to work on issues I have misalignment etc, and she applied her great skills in sports/medical therapy. I experienced clear improvement after the first visit, and am now onto the 3rd visit.
Was looking for a physical therapist to provide some guidance after recently injuring my knee biking, and Jon was fantastic. Helpful guidance on how to improve lifting and running form, and a plan to ramp back up on my running program.
If you want to improve your health this is a must. His knowledge ranges from a variety of martial arts to gymnastics, making things really interesting. I can tell you that this is one of the best experiences of my life, because his training is just as fun as playing with your best friends, and the best is that you are getting in shape.
Ben has been a really great trainer for my 17 year-old son. He's very technically knowledgeable and motivating and has been a major factor in my son's rehab from a bad leg break and surgery. He was training with Ben for strength & fitness for soccer before he broke his leg, and kept working with him starting just weeks after surgery, working in tandem with, then replacing his physical therapy. He's versatile and trains in the gym and on the field as needed. My son is back playing varsity basketball and will start soccer soon -- fitter and stronger because of all his work with Ben!
REVIEW OF BILL YANOWSKY Bill Yanowsky is an excellent personal trainer. He has been my personal trainer for the past three years on a weekly basis at the Santa Clara Valley Jewish Community Center. I am a senior adult (67 years old) in good health. As a teacher myself, I set very high standards. I have found that Bill consistently excels on all measures of professionalism and competence. Of the half dozen trainers with whom I have worked over the years, Bill is clearly the best. Bill has many commendable qualities. First, he has excellent communication skills. His instructions about how to perform the various exercises are always detailed, precise, and clear. He carefully monitors the way that I follow his instructions. If I fail to perform a particular exercise correctly, he explains what I am doing wrong and how I should modify my movements (e.g., suggesting that I adjust the distance between my hands and/or feet or bend further in a given direction). He then asks me to confirm whether I can tell the difference in my posture before and after–- thereby helping me to learn how to perform the exercises correctly so that I can repeat them on my own. Bill always ensures that I do the various exercises correctly and safely in ways that maximize my results and prevent injuries. Second, Bill is an excellent listener. As an older adult, I have certain physical limitations (arthritis, tendonitis, ankle/heel pain). When we first started working together, Bill asked me about my physical limitations. Although many trainers perform this initial evaluation, Bill is unique in his ability to remember my physical limitations and consistently give me exercises that accommodate these limitations. Better yet, however, he suggests exercises that actually relieve the symptoms of these medical conditions. Moreover, at the beginning of a session, he frequently inquires how I’m feeling. Then, he adjusts the pace and rigor of our sessions accordingly. In addition, he has a good grasp of my personal situation – my stress and lifestyle – and understands how my fitness goals are affected by my personal situation. Third, Bill is extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness. He has impressive credentials as a physical therapist and personal trainer. He has made many helpful suggestions that have improved my physical well-being, including advice about diet, weight loss, sleep, proper athletic shoes, and overall physical functioning. In addition, Bill sets realistic and achievable fitness goals in accordance with my physical needs and limitations. Finally, on a personal level, Bill has an engaging demeanor. Based on my observations of his work at the gym, he works well with a broad range of people – from teenagers to older adults like me. He is dependable and conscientious. He is always on time and never misses sessions. If the need to reschedule arises, he confirms via email. He has a delightful, dry sense of humor that makes our sessions enjoyable. He always manages to keep me engaged and motivated – a daunting task at 6 o’clock in the morning! In sum, I give him my highest recommendation. Kelly Weisberg Professor of Law
Eric is awesome. Strong hands but also gives an incredibly relaxing massage. Just what I needed. Comfortable environment, clean linens.
I had the fortune of meeting Joe three years ago and at the time I had some high expectations for my overall fitness growth. Joe ended up becoming my one stop shop due to his immense knowledge in wellness and fitness. Some areas I have used Joe's expertise - Strength, flexibility, nutrition and therapy. Joe incorporates all these elements into his teaching and he makes it pretty simple. For my personal growth I have used his guidance with gymnastic style body weight and Kettlebells. What I truly appreciate the most is attention to form and injury prevention. Of course, along the way I have had my share of injurys and have sought Joe for therapy and acupuncture!! I have never done acupuncture before and Joe has made me a believer. I'm grateful for his guidance and as I head into my 40's I can say I'm stronger and healthier overall than ever before in my life.

Dr. Morello is the best chiropractor I have ever had, hands down! He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and has a great sense of humor. He doesn't rush, he charges very affordable rates and I have fun every time I go. I love that he deals patiently with me and with all my insurance crap without complaint and always has good stories to tell. He's down to earth, but has a very holistic mentality, which is important to me. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who is looking to feel better.

I have a background in chiropractic. I practiced shiatsu and chiropractic during my years living in Japan. Many describe my therapeutic approach as "chiropractic massage" or "doctor's massage". (I will NOT perform "cracking" adjustments). My strength is in knowledge of Anatomy, physiology, body mechanics and medical studies through 4200 hours of chiropractic training from Australian University. I provide deep tissue, sports massage, relaxation, and rehabilitation with a shiatsu approach. I use oil sometimes but very minimal. Shiatsu is very versatile form of therapy from other oil based massages. Shiatsu allow me to provide a multi-directional approach to each individual muscle and joints. Where as with oil based massage, you are pretty much fixed in a position with face-down, or laying on your back. You do not have to worry about any draping, undressing. Shiatsu is the most casual way to get a massage.
