- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, our pricing is based on the area and type of service needed. Rate priced differently for each city and area to comply with state, county and city wages, benefits and requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is once the customer submit a request through Thumbtack or our website or even calling. We check and do the following. If the project is doable with our company If we have a professional ready for booking We ask the potential client to provide us with full description of expectation and scope of work We check the crime rates, demographic ,density , area and what type of officer needed. If the client is interested to move forward with our service then we gather the full details about the customer business or property to our system .We send the details to our district managers and Human Resources department to process the request and select the candidates with license, experience, customer relations experience and reliability. We send our client a contract with all the terms and conditions to for review, once the client approved the contract and sign it we set up a tour appointment on the client property. The walk through details in your property is to prepare the guard for his duty Through the tour we take note of all client needs, comments and we develop a post order and guidelines for the guard to follow on your venue. Once this process is done we assign the guard to start performing his duty in your company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our selection for employment is very intense, the candidates must meet these criteria A. 8-hour Power to arrest, Weapon of Mass destruction, Liability, legal aspect, law codes, and regulations and ordinance B. 16-hour Public relation (community & customers), Observation & Documentation, Communications and it Significant, Post order and assignment C. 16 -hour employer policies & orientations, Evacuation procedures • Valid registration guard card • Must be 18 years old • Employment background history • Screening and drug test • Posses a GED or high school diploma • Authorization documents to work in US • Must pass the security training exam • Criminal background check • DMV record for patrolling positions • Must pass the interview by VPPS manger
