FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer working on projects where I receive a set project fee or retainer, as opposed to working on an hourly basis. I feel we both benefit with this pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a new customer is interested in my services, I first like to have a 20 minute conversation, which will allow both of us to see if working together is a good fit. During this time, I will get a better sense of the customer's exact need and give my perspective on how to best move forward. Once we agree that we want to work together, I like to make sure we are clear on my deliverables and timing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received an MBA in Marketing and started my career working for major CPG (consumer packaged goods) companies in brand management. At these companies I managed multi-million dollar brands. This involved working with cross-functional teams in finance, sales, creative services and packaging. Over the past two decades, I have worked with start-ups helping them launch their products in the market. I have spent 11 years at a major online retailer in business development, where I launched and grew an Amazon account to $1M+ in revenue within 4 years. Within the past 3 years, after receiving my certificate in Social Media Management, my focus has been helping businesses with their social media strategy, yet I love all aspects of marketing.
