FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything we do is economies of scale... Meaning the larger the space the better we can most likely do on Price Per Square foot. Things like slab condition, logistics of space to accommodate large industrial machines and vacuums, amount of detail work, level of finish, scheduling timelines and hrs all influence cost. As a lifetime floor their nothing better, the upfront cost can be more than the immediate cost of another type of finish, however in the long run it is cheaper than any other finishes in terms of lifetime cost for some of the services we provide; such as concrete polishing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first process the details of the project, present recommended or details about sought after finish, provide a formal proposal, and then, if accepted, move forward with scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our management has a combine total of 15+ years of experience in the types of services we provide, our crews go through rigorous training and high standards evaluation to ensure that each knows the greater picture of the services and standards they, as a team, provide. Each crew leader has 3+ years of experience minimum, and provides maintains the highest level of standards for each project we take on.
