My pricing depends on the type of damage, materials involved, and whether the work is done on-site or in my home workshop. I offer free estimates based on photos. I don’t charge a travel fee within my local service area, and discounts may apply for multiple items or repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for a few photos and a short description of the issue. Then, I provide a free estimate and discuss whether the repair can be done at your place or in my garage. Once we agree on the details, we schedule a convenient time for the repair. The time needed depends on the item and the type of damage — I’ll give you an estimate once I review the details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed specialized training in leather and vinyl repair through courses offered by Letech, a well-known UK brand in the restoration industry. I also stay up to date with modern repair techniques and exclusively use Letech’s professional-grade products, known for their quality and durability.
