- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re certainly not the most expensive, but we’re not the least expensive solution either. We’re a competitively priced service with stellar customer service and a robust offering. We create procedures, implement optimization tools, and leverage new technology to decrease the amount of time and money our clients invest in the accounting and reporting process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask a lot of questions. We need to understand your business and specific requirements to provide recommendations, implement processes, and execute a successful engagement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire team has extensive experience - nearly 100 years combined. DOAAR has served small businesses and individuals for over a decade and counting. We are small and responsive team of CPAs, CPWA®s, MBAs, degreed accountants, and experienced bookkeepers.
