- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do an hourly rate for most clean up projects. a if routine services are requested I charge a Weekly, biweekly or monthly rate depending on your requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone interview, I like to understand their current dynamics, their expectations and I always say let me see what I can do in 3 days and if it seems like a good fit then we know in that time period.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Quickbooks, Bookkeeping, Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, Netsuites, Microsoft Dynamics, Accounting Seed. Five9. I'm highly adaptable.
