Roger was the first contact made for my ac/heat pump condenser install. I had a brand new unit in hand that I needed installed, setup and new thermostat wire and unit installed. Roger was communicative right from the start. He came out, provided a fair written estimate and scheduled the job. He arrived with his helper punctually, and provided professionalism and follow-through all the way until completion. We had some unexpected hiccups along the way (compatibility issues and need for freon), but Roger worked tirelessly to get us up and running all the way to the end. What we thought would be a 3 hour install, ended up taking twice the time due to the unexpected. But where Roger stood out was the fact that he and his partner stuck through until the finish line without hesitation. What might have ended up in frustration and disaster with other firms, was not the case with RAW. While in the end the price went up substantially (due to my job's additional needs); I'm sure that if I would have gone with someone else it could have ended up disastrous! Roger you stand above the rest in your work ethic, high standards and intense knowledge and skills! You are the real deal, and my biggest suggestion is to never forget these facts; and to let others know before they hire you that you'll be on the job until it's complete no matter what curve balls get thrown your way. Thank you immensely for your honesty and care of our job! You will be our go-to for future needs!

We needed to replace an old gas furnace and ducting. We had talked with multiple pros but Roger stood out to us by being very knowledgeable, and actively suggesting different options for the replacement, which we greatly appreciated. We decided to go with his suggestion, an efficient heat pump and air handler system, which is practically a heater and A/C all in one - for a reasonable price. In addition to offering alternatives and suggesting great options, Roger is vey professional, responsive, helpful, and efficient. RAW Heating and Air was seamless, extremely efficient, and achieved installation of a very difficult air handler due the location with little space to work. Just in time before the late summer heat wave. Roger is very professional and worked hard to assure we had air conditioning and heat. He is pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not the cheapest, there is always going to be someone cheaper than myself, but I’m also not to overpriced for the size of the job. I try to stay in the range of fair price to the customer and my team. I consider my pricing and installations to be mid range price at a high quality installation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will start with an introduction and get a brief description of what you’re looking for, then schedule a day and time to do a walk through of your home. Once I am done with that, depending on the size of the project, it takes me one to three days to send over a proposal. Once you accept the proposal, we’ll schedule an installation day and move forward from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am C-20, OSHA-10, and EPA Certified.
