Our initial contractor who we hired started our home remodel and left us without completing the project and over charged us for work not completed. We were devastated and did know what to do. Our friend recommended Strategic General Contracting to finish our remodel. We meet with the owner Eric and he impressed us with his knowledge of construction and patience in explaining the steps needed to complete the remodel. Eric and his crew showed up every day, rain or shine and completed the project on time without going over budget and did a magnificent job on our two story house remodel. I recommend Strategic General Contracting if you need a honest reliable company you can trust for any type of construction.

SGC helped me build new and remodel residential projects in Coronado CA. This group led by Eric Jastrow provides quality work at a fair price. My projects were completed on time and on budget. City officials signed off on all work completed. I will use SGC in the future.

Erik has been professional and prompt every step of the way. He has kept on schedule for the most part and kept me informed of the job status. He is almost complete on a major partial remodel and addition to our home. He took time to make sure the design made sense and that we would be happy with it. His price was also very fair as compared to other quotes, and the quality of the work is great. I would absolutely use his services again, or refer him to others.
