We had a wonderful experience! Lorena is friendly and great with our dogs. The convenience of mobile grooming is so worth it. Our dogs looked amazing and she gave them each the cutest bows.

We were blown away by this groomer! She went above and beyond and gave my senior boy a beautiful groom! He's a happy boy now and I can't believe how great he looks for 15 years old! Petcoach actually turned us away because of his age so I was very pleased to find someone who can handle older dogs with care and skill. I highly recommend this groomer!

Lorena is fabulous!! She is on time asks questions about your pets takes the time with them . The grooming was Awesome And I will use her again. I would certainly recommend her . You can really tell she has a love for animals. Shirley

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?At the appointment I ask a lot of questions to get to know my clients and to find out the exact cut that works for their lifestyle and for their fur baby.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I took grooming courses back in 2012 and I stay on top of my education by attending seminars and events.
