Lukas went out of his way to work around my busy schedule and find a time to install a new toilet and make some other repairs in my house. He was prompt and very polite, a good communicator, and I learned a lot about plumbing as he explained everything along the way. I felt that L&L was very professional and had reasonable rates compared to others I talked to. I will call them again in the future.

These guys are great. They were running late but we're still willing to show up and get the job done that day even though it was clearly passed general working hours. Got the job done through in a safety inspection and detected a small leak which they fixed. Planning on using them for future projects.

Lukas was my hero!!! My sink clogged, draino wasn’t working, and the clog busted my pipes, making such a mess in my kitchen. I hired Lukas and he immediately got back to me, and was at my house within the hour. He was so personable and kind when he got to my house. He told me exactly what was going on, and even went the extra mile to walk me through what he needed to do to fix the problem. I super appreciated that he gave me options for cost when it came to the repair, giving me the simple basic fix, and the upgraded solution that would prevent this from happening again in the future. After fixing my sink, he also cleaned up the mess which was so kind to do. I will 100% be using his services again in the future when I start renovating the guest bathroom! He may be new to thumbtack, but this professional is EXPERIENCED in his field!
