Lukas went out of his way to work around my busy schedule and find a time to install a new toilet and make some other repairs in my house. He was prompt and very polite, a good communicator, and I learned a lot about plumbing as he explained everything along the way. I felt that L&L was very professional and had reasonable rates compared to others I talked to. I will call them again in the future.

Had a great experience working with Lukas (L&L Plumbing). Lukas arrived right on time with his co-worker, exactly as agreed, and everything went just the way we discussed beforehand. The estimate was fair and reasonable, with no surprises or price changes during the job, which I really appreciate. The work was done professionally and efficiently. They explained everything clearly, without unnecessary jargon, and communicated in a straightforward, honest way. They were well organized and very comfortable working within an HOA environment, which made the whole process much easier. When something didn’t go as originally planned, they immediately proposed an alternative solution, clearly explained the options, and we calmly rescheduled the remaining work. No pressure, no games. Overall, very professional, reliable, and easy to work with. On top of that, they were friendly and genuinely pleasant to deal with on a human level. I would definitely recommend L&L Plumbing and would hire them again.

I did not get any work done but I did have them come out to give me a quote on what would be best. I chose not to do to the work because my faucet is still functional. they were very responsive respectful and professional. I will be reaching out to them for future Plumbing concerns

These guys are great. They were running late but we're still willing to show up and get the job done that day even though it was clearly passed general working hours. Got the job done through in a safety inspection and detected a small leak which they fixed. Planning on using them for future projects.
