In my opinion, it's super important to give people a formula that yields long-term results verses what I call "a pat on the back motivation". I am in it for the long haul!

Throughout the time I spent with her, she helped me to find perspective on my life experiences, and to see how that affected my daily interactions and reactions. Talking to her was extremely helpful to me, and she was constantly kind and objective and caring. I highly recommend her!
