Carolyn and her family did an amazing job!! I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend her company. She took the time to clean my stove stop three times until it looked brand new. She truly deserves this five star rating!

Carolyn helped us when my Dad was put into the hospital and helped take care of my Dad's animals and my brother. Then when my brother was hospitalized, she stepped up and went to the house every day to feed the cats, clean their litter boxes and do general cleanup. I don't live in California and am unable to help my family but she stepped in and does it all. She does laundry, floors, counters, dusts and mops and mows and weed whacks the yard when needed and takes the trash cans out. She shops for groceries when needed. She has been a god send to my family.

Where to start….So the request that this service answered was for a deep clean for a 3 Bd/2Ba home. When she arrived at the house we asked her to give details on what is included in a deep clean from her team. She stated that all rooms and floors would be cleaned thoroughly for $150. Exterior windows and baseboards are extra. She also stated that the total time would be 3hrs and dusting is an extra $20. Why is that not included in a “deep clean”? That should have been my first clue something was amiss. On the appointment day her and a male assistance got to work. I was teleworking and my daughter was doing online school so she allowed us to move around to enable her access to clean. The first issue came with the fire alarm constantly going off while they cleaned the stove. Not sure why a service wouldn’t use the cleaning material that doesn’t involve having your stove burn grease off and smoke out the house. As we reached the 4.5 hr mark (I was fine with this if you are making sure you get everything) she stated she was done and I went to do a check around the house. I was on a zoom meeting at the time so I was definitely multi-tasking. I asked her if she moved the appliances on the counter and she said yes. That was lie. All I did was scoot the coffee pot slightly to the side only to pick up dust with my hands. I moved another item and found the same thing. It was only then did she say “well I didn’t move stuff because the alarm was going off”. WTF? This is supposed to be a deep clean and nothing was moved. It was very on the surface. It wasn’t until a grabbed a paper towel to wipe it that she said she would “re-do” it. I performed a quick check as she started back on the kitchen. It wasn’t until she left that I realized I didn’t scoot the couch and love seat back. Complete dust and debris under there!! I sent her pictures and she sent back a text saying “we don’t move furniture”. If you accidently bump into my couch it will slide forward/backward as it is on hardwood floors. Didn’t plan on paying for a job and then cleaning up after them. Again, this is for a “DEEP CLEAN”. Also saw that she must have feather dusted the dresser but not actually wiped it. I took a paper towel to wipe a spot and it came off easily. Remember...this was extra and the job was still half-done. Nothing was moved on my bathroom counter and wiped. The other room, nothing was moved and dusted. I guess they don’t move a book either. If you want to pay almost $200 for someone to clean like a teenager and only wipe what is visible, then this is the company for you. Also found that the magnet on my shower door was broken. I am sure it was an accident but just letting me know would have been awesome. Sucked to find so many things wrong after they left.
