- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start at $125 but there are no flat rates when it comes to taxes unfortunately. And if a company says there is they aren't being honest. But with Advantage Tax you will get your $ worth for an affordable fee. New TT clients get 10% off for 1st year and we have a referral program and you can get $25-$100 for your family and friends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to schedule at least a call to discuss basic details for your situation. Then if you would like an in-person appt (whether in office or we go to you) we will schedule an appt and let you know what to bring with you. If remote then we will email you the tax forms and proceed from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have over 12 years Accounting experience. 10 years ago applied and completed Tax Prep/Consulting at one of the biggest and best Tax Prep Companies out there and obtained License and State Certification. Annually we get Re-Certified for updates and changes.
