- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are based on the type of service and the amount of time it takes to complete the given project. We are flexible on pricing, and we are always open to reasonably negotiating.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have an introduction call to understand our new customers and what they are looking for. Once, we are sure we can help you, we on-board our clients and get started right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Out team has several years of industry experience, through work at Big 4 accounting firms, through personal business experience, and through the variety of clients we've seen. Our teams consists of Certified Public Accountants and other certified tax professionals. We continuously invest in our continued education to better service you or your business.
