Introduction: Attorney Scott Dicus received his law degree from Chapman University School of Law after completing his undergraduate degree at UCLA. Mr. Dicus is a member of the California State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the California Superior Court, the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit. Mr. Dicus handles personal bankruptcy cases (chapters 7 and 13) and his criminal defense practice includes DUI defense, bench warrant removal and record clearing/expungement. He has successfully argued over 1,000 cases in over 40 counties.
