- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I need your official company email for billing. Then I need username-email, password for access to make website changes or assessments. Added User Admin Access is also acceptable. My Grios at avmllc dot com will be used with Google and PayPal. Then, linked managerial access through my Agency. I can do piece by piece or bill for overall work in a time period. I keep a running daily log of hours spent on each part or thing. So I can produce documentation for invoices to approve payment. I have already been burned by non-paying customers, so pre-payment is necessary. I ask that you put prepayment on Visa/MC and then you can pay Visa/MC as you wish. I bill via PayPal which enables Visa/MC payment. I do ask for a deposit for some types of work.
