The owner came out to my house and provided me with an estimate of work to be performed and an agreed upon price. The job was to take 3 days to dry out walls from a slab leak. The owner brought in a crew to perform the duties including moving a dishwasher out of the kitchen to place a fan there and removing all laminate flooring that was downstairs. When the job was complete and upon inspection, I noticed that my dishwasher not only was not put back in its original place and in working order, it had been left out in the backyard for a number of days and had sustained water damage due to rains in the area. The crew also failed to remove some laminate in the living room because they would have had to move some furniture that the laminate was under. Neither the crew or owner advised me of why they failed to remove to laminate( as one of the reasons I wanted it removed in the first place was possible mold damage) and there seemed to be a communication problem between owner and crew. An owner of any company is responsible for his crew and I would never hire this company again as the crew seemed to care little about their job or were not even sure what there job was.

I can’t say enough good things about 911, they live up to the name. Came home and I had a pipe burst in the attic, water all over the floor. My living room and kitchen was flooded and my floor and carpet was ruined. Doron came out and had his crew here in no time and had it fixed and my house back in shape in no time. Thank you for all your help and you guys are amazing!
