- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process generally starts with contact either on-line or over the phone. Second, if possible, an in person meeting is scheduled at the potential client's property. We meet at the property to discuss the owners goals and any difficulties they may have had in the past. We lay out our plan of action for the property and our pricing. If everything seems like a fit, we sign a contract. We usually begin work that same day as well. We interview the owner regarding the property making note of everything the property has to offer. If appropriate, we also take pictures of the property and collect a key. This way we have everything we need to get started with management and / or leasing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have four service lines: residential, commercial, vacation rental and HOA management. We also have customers who have utilized our renting and leasing services only.
