I had a great experience with PMI Southland. They were very responsive, provided excellent advice, and helped me rent my property in a matter of 2 weeks. With any rental, timing is critical in order to keep the money coming in. I literally had a 1-day gap between movers going out and new tenants coming in. I couldn't have asked for anything more and will use PMI Southland for rental properties without question or hesitation. -Joseph

Jay provided excellent service trying to sell our house in Orange County and then providing a property management service for the tenants when we couldn't sell it. I was so happy with Jay's service that I hired him to sell our house in Los Angeles County which he did after only a month on the market. Jay is very responsive to our needs and is good about communications to keep us informed about what is going on.

I asked Jay and PMI to find a renter for my condo and then manage it. Jay was very professional, gave solid and realistic feedback as to pricing, market demand, etc. After posting the condo, he closed a renter after 3 weeks. I am looking forward to having the property managed through him

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The process generally starts with contact either on-line or over the phone. Second, if possible, an in person meeting is scheduled at the potential client's property. We meet at the property to discuss the owner’s goals and any difficulties they may have had in the past. We lay out our plan of action for the property and our pricing. If everything seems like a fit, we sign a contract. We usually begin work that same day as well. We interview the owner regarding the property making note of everything the property has to offer. If appropriate, we also take pictures of the property and collect a key. This way we have everything we need to get started with management and / or leasing.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    We have four service lines: residential, commercial, vacation rental and HOA management. We also have customers who have utilized our renting and leasing services only.
