- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Quote the customer over the phone and if they like the quote, which is about 75% of the people we quote are happy with the pricing and ready to sign up, so at that point we sign them up for the ADT Monitored Home Security package they chose and schedule the installation, which can be done next day in most cases if needed. The customer will also be able to add or modify the equipment they want at the time of the install. So if the customer decides during installation they need an extra camera or they don't need one they thought they needed, they can update the order on the spot during the installation. Very easy to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techs will show the customer how to use the touch screen control panel in detail so the home owner is versed in how to use the system with no questions about operation before the tech leaves. They will also help the home owner to download the app, set it up, and show the home owner how to use the app as well. Anything the home owner needs, the techs will help with, they have no time limit on this. The goal is to have an educated home owner who is going to use the ADT system to its full capabilities. That is always the goal.
