He was able to accommodate my very tight time frame. He cleaned all of the carpet in the condo for a reasonable price. It looked much better (especially the traffic areas).

Before Mr. Know It All came to our house, we called and got information on what the company was all about. The owner was very knowledgable in his equipment and products. The carpet tech came on time to the job, made sure my husband and I were 100% satisfied before he left, and even helped us move our furniture to help clean the parts we needed stains removed. Our carpets never smelled so clean!!! I rate this company 5 stars and will definitely refer them to my friends and colleagues. Great job, Mr. Know It All! I appreciate great customer service and professionalism like your company!
