My parents and sister were in Santa Barbara for a long weekend and wanted casual photos taken. Josh did an excellent job! He was very responsive, and accommodating to our schedule. He suggested a beautiful location and was there and prepared before we even showed up! The photos were amazing, and he edited. They look great! Highly recommend and would use again!

Josh was prompt in responding to my initial query and from then on, he would respond quickly with questions I had. And I had several since this was new to me. He arrived for our session on time, was personable, friendly and I could tell he was good at making people feel at ease and comfortable. He’s easy to work with and gave me helpful instructions when he was taking the photos. He was also good at listening to my suggestions and we worked very well together with this kind of back and forth. He was patient and determined to make this a very pleasant experience. I accept all forms of payment available. Just please let me know beforehand which method you choose so I can make sure I am prepared adequately.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a video chat for 20-60 minutes with my new clients before we even discuss the shoot itself. I like to get to know them and understand what they are looking for before I even talk about the project. It helps us work more efficiently on the shoot day(s) as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fully self educated and motivated to continue to learn more. I am also fully licensed to professionally fly a drone in the US.
