- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NEW Base rate is NOW ONLY $75/hr. it includes Sylvia and myself as a design duo! We cover and work on all aspects of your business's design needs. Copywriting and Marketing Rate is $125/hr. It includes a 20+ year marketing veteran and copywriter, her name is Michelle Paquette. She's amazing and I'm glad to have her on my team. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by asking a lot of questions that only they can provide in-depth answers about their business and their needs. Clients usually either call or email their project brief. Great communication up front reduce the problems in the middle and eliminate any missteps in the end. We provide lots of input and educate our clients on industry standards, highest quality file info, color theory, design options beyond the brief and more. Designing for our clients isn't always about the right cost but mostly about the right direction and delivering on their timeline and budgets. It's also about being consistently reliable and affordable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years of on-the-job experience designing for Fortune 500 companies and working with the best marketing teams, apparel developers, footwear designers, fashion designers, stylist, make-up artist, product designers, content creators, artist and photographers in the industry. I have awesome connections and I always make it happen.
