Introduction: I am an attorney licensed in California. My practice is focused on immigration law. I have over ten years of experience in deportation defense, green cards for family members and green cards by means of employment. I do waivers of unlawful presence for persons who have entered undocumented and need a waiver to qualify for a green card, and I do other types of waivers. I speak Spanish, so I am able to talk directly to my clients without an interpreter. At the present time, I have an assistant who speaks Tagalog. I return calls promptly and keep clients informed on the progress of their cases.
