Hired on Thumbtack

Had an agreement to pick up the broken parts on Monday, which he missed. Texted him every day; each day he apologized and promised to pick it up the next day.

Friday came and he still missed on his commitment to pick it up, so I canceled the job.

Jacob was great to work with He showed up on time. He did meticulous work and charged a fair price. This is how a business should be run. Will definitely work with Jacob again as we need his expertise.

From Google

Do not hire this company. The owner gave me a quote and asked for a $2,000 deposit on March 2,2022 . He is avoiding my calls and will not do the fence and gate fabrication job. He will not refund my money. I have reported him to the Better Business Bureau . He scammed a Senior citizen !
