FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very low overhead and all thee of our techs have worked for major garage doors companies and know how they use discounts to mislead the customers into thinking they are getting a better price than they are. we keep it simple and give you one price that is honest and fair and easy to understand in their estimate and are always willing to be fair about our labor fees… no 500$ jobs that only take 20 minute
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I introduce myself and ask them to show me their problem and hear them out thoroughly before giving them my diagnosis and then I put together an estimate that I is fair to both the customer and me and my techs… once the customer approves the estimate I will either bring contractors’ service agreement describing my proposed scope of work for their job and do my best to explain what me and my time will do so the customer can be less stressed about the major job they will be having us do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked on outside gates, pass doors, loading docks, sectional doors and anything else you can think of that opens and closes for 10 years and I lconsider myself an expert. I was only trained by someone for 1 month when I first started and I learned the rest on my own through trial and error and I love my work m.
