Tabitha seems to know why dogs do what they do. Also no negative training procedures. Always positive to dog.Jan 19, 2018Verified
She came and helped me really understand my dog and work on her jumping to say hi issue. I would highly reccomend. I was off put by one of the 4 quotes I got. Do research and don't just go by someone telling you they are the most at something. Being humble is a thing and Tabitha knows her stuff and has the education to back it up. Can't wait for our next session.Jun 24, 2017Verified
I spoke with several trainers. Many used words I did not understand and had to Google. I have a masters degree in business but that doesnt mean I understand technical jargen. Not only did ms.davies provide explanations that were easy to understand she also explained some of the things I didnt understand from other trainers and if she applies those methods or principles in her training and why. She gave me some advice to try with my dog before our first session which is in 3 days and my godness it has already majorly helped us all out. So very excited Mylie and I are to meet you and futher go down this path to a well behaved puppy.Aug 5, 2017Verified
I reviewed multiple estimates and respinses and while I found most to be very polite and helpful. I found one who wouldnt answer my questions, commented about punishing my dog physically or with a pinch harness or electric shock collar (my veterinarian said this was an awful choice) and was so arrogant in her statements that she was the only qualified trainer and behavior expert in my area. She was very rude. So bye went her quote and I really do hope more people actually read her info and realize that this person is sounding nice to cover the mean and uneducated way she speaks to others. While the 3 people left were all wonderful, helpful, and positively reinforced. I was able to speak with all of them and wish I could leave all reviews but tabitha gave me tips that helped right away and I spoke to her references and even went to observe a group class. I feel so confident in what I have learned already I can not wait to watch my agressive girl progess. Tabitha was also one of 2 closest to me. The otherone not being someone I would want near my dog. This one was the clear choice. Other local numbers I called yielded no results including the lady on Craigslist who says she's been cesar since before Cesar millian was a thing.Jan 22, 2018Verified
CV Dog Club is by far the best in The Valley! I started with a rescue dog I was considering taking back to the rescue who now visits nursing homes. I wouldn't go anywhere else for animal training!Jul 25, 2017
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Please contact us or visit the website for more information. We offer many discounts so do not hesitate to ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? This is difficult as working with a client greatly varies depending on the service needed. But we like to start with a brief 10 minute phone call so we can have that 1 on 1 time to assess your needs and what you are struggling with and to provide immediate assistance, if necessary. Then we find a program that suits the family best with their goals, schedule, and budget. Last we book our date and time to start our program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified dog trainer and an associate certified dog behavior consultant. I take CEU's all year long from: The PPG Raising Canine E Training For Dogs ( it has nothing to do with e collars) Ian Dunbar Sophia Yin The IAABC the APDT and more.
