Kayla has been an athlete for 22 years, beginning at age 3 studying all disciplines of dance and mixed martial arts. At age 16, Kayla began working as a high fashion runway model with FORD Models, Inc. in Los Angeles and San Francisco, moving to NYC barely after turning 18! By her 19th birthday, Kayla had retired from the world of high fashion and embarked on a new career path: fitness. Her passion for holistic health, nutrition and strength training has allowed her to serve hundreds of individuals during her successful 1-on-1 training career, and now she is also available and providing custom fitness/nutrition guidance via online coaching! Kayla's fitness/coaching philosophy is founded on science and has systematic/progressive programs that she carefully designs to enhance every component of your wellness.
